First '09 Summer Smash?

Looks like Rihanna and Lady Gaga have teamed (with some help from Timbaland) up on the new track, "Silly Boy." Hmm I wonder who this is about? Or more importantly, will this be a dance hit just like every song these two have been known to generate?
